Papa Joe: What Is A Hero?
What is a hero? Is it a type of person we read about in comic books? What do most people think a hero is? To me, a person is a hero if they do something out of their way for you and someone to be looked up to. Not everyone has to wear a cape to be a hero. Heroes are all around you. They’re your family, firefighters, policemen, nurses, and all the people who are helping someone in need. My hero is my grandpa, Papa Joe, because he is brave, kind, and perseveres. First off, my grandpa is a hero because he’s brave. One example is that he was in the army. He drove a tank!
