Paper Towns

Dear Diary, This week has been a total rollercoaster. I still haven’t officially found Margo but I’m getting closer and closer. After following all her clues, looking through all the abandoned subdivisions in Florida and doing my best to understand her I pretty much came up with nothing at first. Until I really started to look, I started to think like Margo. I was becoming her and becoming very obsessive. She was all I could think about nonstop. It was making me go crazy, I needed to find her, and I needed to see her beautiful face, her beautiful face just so I knew she was alive. After spending my senior prom in one of the abandoned subdivisions that actually looked like someone had been there recently, after going there almost every day for 2 weeks and spending hours trying to find clues, I finally saw it. The holes in the wall, they had held up a map. She was no longer in Florida, she was long gone. I put the map on the wall and began to reassemble it and figure out where she was going. There was a hole right on this town called Algoe, New York. I had never even heard of the place before so of course I looked it up on Omnictionary. One page popped up and I clicked on it, it gave a little description about the town but no clues. I went down to the comments and I finally saw it. Margo had commented on the Omnictionary page, she was Algoe and I needed to go see her. I had a plan, I was skipping graduation taking my van and traveling right to Algoe, New York to see her. Once I told my friends what was happening they soon wanted in on this plan so we set off. For 17 hours and 10 minutes we traveled in this van with the bare minimum stops. Every stop we had exactly 5 minutes to do what we had to do and get what we had to get. No sparing anytime we needed to get to Margo. Even though we almost died on the way because I just lost control of the car and my mind, Ben grabbed the wheel and saved us. First day with my new car and I wreck it, just my luck. It would all be
