Paula Deen's Argument Analysis
In 2012 chef Paula Deen was caught in a scandal of admitting to her inappropriate use of the N-word. It all started in March of 2012 when one of the workers Lisa Jackson at the restaurant Deen owns sued her for her racial and sexual comments. On May of 2013 that is where in court Jackson’s attorney asked Deen if she had inappropriately used the “N-word”. Right then and there Paula admitted to it and quote said, “Yes of Course”. In addition, she also admitted to having a theme at her restaurant for a wedding to have the waiters portrayed as slaves. To deem herself as not a bad guy for using the word inappropriately she said how it was just a joke and not to be directed as offensive. Yet, joke is on her because in June of 2013 she was dropped
