Let me briefly go over the background so that audience can get a in a historical perspective of Sindh as its an ancient province whose civilization stretches back to the earliest human settlements. The ancient Sindhi people embraced a peaceful way of life. Mohenjo-Daro, a city that flourished in 2600 B.C., showed advanced city planning and well developed arts, yet an absence of even basic military fortifications and weapons.
The rural areas of Sindh are still in the clutches of the grove problem like increasing law and order situation, poverty, lack of basic amenities, safe drinking water, poor sanitation system, moribund health facilities, food insecurity, agriculture backwardness and most important uncompetitive education system. All these crises and issues exacerbate rural and urban disparities and increase their suspicion about the denied of their fundamental rights. Actually, the problem is the wadera and landlord system still prevalent in the province. These people are so much into corruption that they don't see any purpose of being in the government besides minting money from any source possible.
The news about the scores of people killed into feudal fights is in interior Sindh and unfortunately it’s the matter of every day. It is indeed strange and hard fact to digest that how the land that is sown with the seed of tolerance, love, respect, religious, social, and cultural harmony by the Mystics like Shah Abdul Latif, Sachhal,Sami and Shah Inayat , can fall into vicious cycle of tribal conflicts coupled with hatred and social disharmony. But, sorrily, it is reality. However, while exploring the facts behind such unwanted face of peace full Sindh one comes to know that such façade of beautiful and peaceful Sindh is altogether fabricated by few state and societal level elements in order to meet their few obnoxious desires.
