This article presents a performance excellence in the provision of health care in hospitals and clinics across the country. Many hospitals face many challenges that cause many of the large financial costs to get to the customer's satisfaction. Many organizations and hospitals working to reduce costs and improve or develop the work of employees who have a direct relationship with patients to achieve good results in the regulatory process. Performance Management System (PMS) is working to develop and ensure the work of the staff and leadership of the organization or hospitals to reach the highest levels of excellence in performance. Human Resource Management has a special definition of performance management which is' that the process of performance …show more content…
Healthcare interested in developing the significant shortage of staff work and training to get to the customer's satisfaction. Awards help employees to their work and commitment to keep improving the performance of the regulatory process while reducing costs. Many organizations are making a lot of effort, money and time to develop performance through implementation to raise the wages of employees to raise the economic level of service plans. The purpose of this article is to use Malcolm framework of health care Award Baldrige National Quality (MBNQA) to do the best standard practices in performance management in hospitals and health organizations and give each year this award for manufacturing excellence in the performance of the service and business. Applicants for this award are subject to a thorough and complex evaluation of organizational processes. In 2011-2012 and developed standards for health care for Performance Excellence (HCCPE), which establishes a framework for the analysis of excellence for leadership with strategic planning and work on dealing with customers. HCCPE framework works to determine how to do the work of the organization with the advantage of talent and experience in the organization. Also, work on the evaluation of dealing with the patient and the focus of health care to cope with the difficulties and challenges that prevent access to the main goals of the organization with plans to work on it. In addition, providing and supporting documents to reach the highest levels of application
