The Perplexities of Generalized Anxiety Disorders How common is it to feel anxious? It is as common as the air we breathe. The entire population feels anxiety at some point in their life. Anxiety refers to worry or uneasiness about what may happen. It is normal to be anxious about everyday concerns like family, money, and health issues. Worries come and go, however, for some people; the anxiety does not go away. Now it is no longer a normal condition; doctors label this, a disorder.
