Person centred care is the use of different activities and principles to treat individuals; patient centred care is still an emerging and evolving topic area. This area of care is highly dependent on the patients’ needs and preferences under some conditions of the patient who is getting the care. This program is set up as a walk in clinic to reduce the stress and burden on GP’s, ANE, and hospital practices. Expert advisors, health visitors and nurse educators will be present to undergo health checks and to utilise health education techniques in order to; reduce frequency and severity of asthma, to reduce emergency room visits and hospitalisations also to reduce school absenteeism in young children, followed by developing positive family self-help attitudes and trying to always incorporate patient care education. The open clinic will take place in many community centres around the UK and will have a walk in event day once a week where patients, carers, volunteers, families, and experts on training experience may come along and visit and educate themselves on the importance of asthma patient centred care. Different sectors of advice and health check-ups will be taking place within a big hall, this will include a place where advice will be given on ways; to reduce asthmatic symptoms, how to quit smoking, how to take care in cold weathers and how to be in control of when an attack happens. In the case of a severe asthmatic attack the open clinic will be open 7-days a week for a patient aerosol session one to one with an expert nurse sent from the NHS. The program of having an open clinic facility for asthmatic patient centred care would be evaluated by the NHS healthcare professions and also by the patient, carer and volunteer’s experience through surveys and
