Values of Kudler Fine Foods as an Organization
Genuineness and passion. “Kudler Fine Foods is committed to providing our customers with the finest selection of the very best foods and wines selection so that your culinary visions can come true” (Kudler Fine Foods mission Statement). This mission statement contains genuineness and passion. Kathy Kudler started this gourmet food store because she recognized her needs for a one stop gourmet food store is not her need alone. She figured that “savvy” shoppers like her is looking for the same store she is looking for and through her own needs Kathy opened Kudler Fine Foods to share her passion with shoppers just like her.
Close customer relationship. Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) is not just a food store to the shoppers, it is a place where all the same people have the same enthusiasm for good healthy fine food. In another perspective it is much like a specialty hobbies store where enthusiast can share ideas, experiences, and education to an excellent product. Kudler shoppers are drawn back to the store’s camaraderie and learn something new each time they visit. New friends and relationships develop every day at Kudler Foods, some with Kathy Kudler personally. The store’s ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere to develop close personal relationships with its patrons is a Kudler organizational value that stands out.
Attention to detail. One can honestly say that Kathy’s personal values reflects the organization’s values. One of these values is their attention to detail. This value is a must for Kudler fine foods to provide their customers the freshest and finest products. Kathy trains and manages the store staff personally and emphasizes listening to customer feedback. This empowers both customers and Kudler staff to do what is necessary for the
