In my opinion, the Life Styles Inventory illustrated scores on how I recognize my conflicts. Below conflict styles represent my strengths and weakest styles.
• My primary conflict style was Conciliator, which I scored the highest on and (95th percentile). • My backup conflict style was Pragmatist, which I scored the second highest score(93rd percentile) • My limiting conflict style was Dominator, which I scored the (10th percentile)

I believe positive outcome is possible.
By taking this LSI, I never could have described myself in better “lamest” terms. I love learning new styles which I like to say, “Always taking one foot and stepping into a new world of opportunity.” I always appreciate the people in which I encounter because in some form or way, that person or people always have something I can take from them. I always learn from my mistake and try not to make the same mistake twice, no more than three times. Now take a detail look at my primary, backup, and limiting styles and how these styles relate to my professional and personal life.
My Primary Conflict Style – Conciliator (1 o’clock)
Conciliator emphasizes style believe conflicts between people are natural and important, and showing that people are well-intentioned and wants to work through their difference. (pg 24 LSI Conflict) Conciliator suggests that I build the understanding and trust necessary to work through differences. I am willing to listening to others interest and respect their views, and staying focused on problems solving. (pg 25 LSI
