First, values are the foundation for both mission and vision statements, and the constant that should not change or vary. Highly importantly, they help you grow and develop, make who you are, how people perceive you, guide your behavior and attitudes, and reflect the decisions made daily. They are what you believe in about life, yourself, and drive your words and actions. (Grusenmeyer). Four of my core values are, respect, honesty, happiness, and family.
