Personal Essay (motivation letter)
Applicants must submit a digital version of a personal essay (300-400 words in English) in which they answer the following questions:

1) To be a good manager. A deeper understanding of the workings and polices of the department being manages. A working understanding of the legal requirements and duty of care for employees. a broad ability to communicate effectively.

3) A professional and secure career where management level is in demand.

4) I have a passion and dream to achieve a management degree.

5) Internet and library researching. (Title of books and papers along with authors names). Government publications relating to management in Holland.

HR is a special field and covers more than employing people. The HR officer is involved with Management and company polices. Some within of polices and introducing any new laws effecting the company, is usually HR's role. Problems with staff and a shoulder to cry on are sort of HR

    All of these characteristics add value for an effective manager. The first one is vision; this helps because everyone starts something with a view of what it will become. This will also help motivate other by knowing as your company grows it will improve and be something great because, the whole team has worked together. You need a vision so you have a goal/ something to work towards. A manager needs to be efficient, because they have many responsibilities that need to be fulfilled and people depending on them. Besides that it’s good for business, people are not going to want to go somewhere that has snotty service. Sense perspective is something a manager should have; respect is a very important quality.
