Therefore, after I think about and relate this information to my current task in the military; furthermore working hand to hand with the Intelligence community, and international allies; I learn that if I want to be a strong leader I need to work on certain things that I want to discuss. To start with, I will apply personal power by knowing my primary responsibilities and duties. Furthermore, I will take advantage of upcoming opportunities as training, community events, and also be involved as much as possible in leadership roles with organizations like the squadron Booster club, base 5/6, Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA), or any other type of organization that is designed to cover current issues among our workforce and organization. At the same time, I will apply positional power by being committed to provide constant feedback to anyone assigned under me. This feedback will serve to correct those in the workplace who commit unethical behaviors and under performance on their assigned
