The last week of July finally arrived, and I remember crying as I watched my friends board the ship. I was devastated as I watched them have fun in the Bahamas, while I was stuck outside in the hot sun practicing all day. Looking back on it now, I wish I had gone. I missed out on many things such as swimming with dolphins and snorkeling. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity that I may never have again.
