Personal Narrative: Every New Beginning Comes From Another Other Beginning's End?
“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.” As I stepped out of the plane, I automatically recited the quote my dad informed me to prior to leaving our hometown. With every step I took away from the airport door, I possessed a totally distinctive feeling. Part of me felt cheerful, but the other felt disconsolate. This transitional point of my life developed a diligent and faithful version of me. Everything began when my mom entered my room saying, “Honey, sorry for interrupting, but your dad and I have something important to tell you.” As I left my homework on the desk, I headed out of my room while wondering what could be the matter. In the living room, my parents and my older brother were speaking about passports. As soon as I sat down, my dad stated, “You know that I have been planning on visiting your uncles in the United States by the end of the month, but your mom and I have been talking about the fact that it will be better for all of us if we move there for now...” I was exceedingly excited …show more content…
I sensed that everything I had worked for in the past few years was not worth anything because I had to start a new life in a different country. I was not sure if I will be able to acclimate to my new life, make friends, or succeed in my scholastic life. Nevertheless, I always had faith in God that everything happens for a reason and that God knows what is favorable for me further than I do. Now when I reflect back on my life and see how everything has been going the way I always wanted it to, from being able to graduate high school with a high grade point average to planning for my future career. I see how God guided me through all the difficult situations and placed me in a position I dreamed to be in. This contemporary chapter of my life taught me how to constantly accept and be faithful in God’s

I had recently asked God to show me the plan He has for my life. Every time I seek Him He shows me glimpses into His plan. I have always loved helping others in need, so when I was a child I wanted to be a teacher/softball coach. As a sophomore I accepted Jesus Christ into my heart and life as my Lord and Savior. Once I let Him in my desires for my future began to change. He put in my heart to do some sort of missionary work. As I pondered about the idea of traveling and sharing the Good News, a voice from above began to speak to my heart. He put in my heart to pursue a career in the medical field! I felt that not only will I be…

With all the revelations I experienced in those moments of deep thought I became completely overwhelmed with many different emotions. I experienced excitement about the fact that I am almost finished with high school, but I also experienced fear and anxiety about many of the aspects of being a senior. Soon I would have to start filling out college applications and focusing more on the future than on the present moment. I was also very terrified because I knew that soon people would start asking questions about where I want to go to college and what I want to do with my life. These are the kinds of questions I cannot answer yet. The last emotion I experienced was sadness because this year would be the last I would spend living in the same house as my parents or getting to spend a lot of time with my family.…

Every human struggles everyone has hardship. When I was young I began to notice that maybe it is hard to understand what other people struggle with. The start of a mundane life began as usual a bus ride to school, but today something else happened a flash of yellow a soundless luxury sports car zoomed bass by a Lamborghini. As the car passed by everyone looked at it with amazement as the never seen a car pass from this part of the street. I began to wonder when will I get one with imaginary job I will live the high life. The bus hits a bump on the road I am begging to rationalize who much work will it take to achieve greatness to struggle to overcome adversity.…

My story beings like any other, at the moment I took my first breath on July 30th 1998 in Bilisht, Albania. I was born in a small town in the lower region of Albania where my entire family lived with my grandparents under one household. My parents soon came to the realization that the current living situation was incongruous for a new family, such as ours, to thrive. As the result, my parents chose to apply for the government program granting our family access to move into a completely new society with new laws, regulations, political aspects and that was tens of thousands of miles away. Our family, at that instant, had a struck of luck as my mother’s name was drawn for us to move to the greatest country the United States of America.…

Most days I came home to an empty house but I learned to care for myself and I grew up, maybe before I was ready. Friends, sports, hobbies, school and work consumed most of my time. One of my best friends was a boy named Jacob, who pushed me to enroll in the most challenging classes and make the best grades possible. We were competitive, but we both wanted each other to do the best imaginable in everything. Every chance I had, I spent it with him and his family. An empty house no longer consumed my afternoons. Mid sophomore year, Jacob died in a car crash, a car that I almost got into. My world seemed over, including my grades, as if I needed him to make the marks I had before. Returning to the grades and personality that I had before seemed somewhat impossible. However, I knew there was a reason that I did not get into that car that day, I had a purpose. Life seemed to be full of gaps, yet God began to fill them. To this day, every test I take, everything I do, I imagine both Jacob and my father sitting beside me, telling me to live out my purpose, whatever it may be. My top competitor was gone, but I gained an angel that day, one who is by my side in everything I do. Although there existed a period that I struggled, I overcame…

I started college in the year of 1999, but I had dropped out and went on with life. After having children, in June of 2012 I decided that I need to go back to college if capable to. My goal in life is to run my own salon and beauty school. In order for me to have a great career; my main goal would have to be schooling. I decided after speaking with my counselor that it would be best to have my major to be entrepreneurship. My first step was talking to the counselor and he had informed me of all the steps that were needed. I signed up for school and did my Pell grant. Through this whole process of waiting, I had come across God and asked that if it was his will to let it be done. It was done! This was a great start to my life!…

Most teenagers do not have a clue about what they want to be when they grow up. Most young adults also do not know where their path is in life. Even some full-blown adults are still trying to figure out their purpose. I was lucky. I knew exactly where I belonged from about the time I was seven up until now, at the decently young age of nineteen. I do not see my path changing anytime soon; in fact, I know it will never change. But, I did not just wake up one day as a child and know what my path was, while that would be impressive. Defining moments in one’s life defines who they are. There were lots of things I experienced in my life that made me realize my purpose, my absolute passion. I had four of these defining moments in my short span of…

It did not end there. Life’s challenges continued to test me. There was a time in my life when I had a lot of problems concerning my family, academics and friends. During those times, whenever I wake up in the morning, I always had this question in mind: "Why am I still alive?” I wished every day that one day I will be in an accident and die or have amnesia. However, there was once when I forgot to whisper to the wind my hopeful wish and unexpectedly this became a turning point in my life. It was a late Thursday night and I was on my way home from our group's practice for the battle of the bands. I was riding a tricycle and it was running so fast. The driver did not notice that there was a hole which caused the tricycle to turn over. After that night, I realized that I should not give up and waste my life stressing and drowning myself into the sea of problems. I learned…
