I am eclectic, existential, and passionate. If any factor were to threaten either of my cultures, it would challenge the internal balance that defines me. My right to march in the San Francisco Women’s Right March following Trump’s inauguration felt unapologetic after I read “How to Tame a Wild Tongue” by Gloria Anzaldúa. In fact, as the Editor-In-Chief of The Mark, I decided on the central theme to revolve around Women’s History Month and featured articles relating to the Glass Ceiling and global patriarchy.
