From as far back as I can remember I have been in a ‘special class’ of which as I said before I only truly began to notice in middle school. It was in middle school when I first joined a normal class but I was unable to stay in that class due to my inability to adapt to it, this was my first non-special class from
what I remember and so I didn’t understand how things worked in the class, I was use to the constant pampering of the ‘special’ teachers and not use to a great lack of it from teachers and so I was send back to a more lower grade ‘special class’, this was better depressing at the time as I viewed this as a great failure, but it did teach me a valuable lesson in the importance of adapting.
