My family health history really is not the best so this puts me at a much higher risk to possibly come in contact with these problems. I burn very easily, and this combined with my family’s history with skin cancer puts me at high risk. Most of my family also has close to no heart related issues which I would say is a very good strength to have.
Family health history is a big factor in your health but it is also not the only one, diet, exercise, lifestyle, these are all things that are directly related to you and things you can do to help prevent the continuing cycle of certain health
