Personal Narrative: My Gifting Macbeth With The Telescope

All of the previous gifts listed above in the other submissions were given as practical applications. My gift to Macbeth, however, will be given from a theoretical standpoint. I would gift Macbeth with a telescope. “I have done the deed. Didst thou not hear a noise?” (2.2.18). With this telescope(theoretically), Macbeth could get a better viewpoint and not focus on one plan and be less bellicose. For instance, Macbeth thought the only way to become King was to murder the king himself. With a telescope, Macbeth could view his plan to become king from different standpoints, without his life turning into a tragedy. I would also give a gift to all of the people in this 1606 play.
