(second to my parents of course) then Jonathan Hays. Jonathan asked me what I wanted to major in around January and I told him political science, he looked at me and said “Well you could do that, make money and be sad, or you could do something you’re passionate about and make money and be happy”. This is when he introduced me to the Theatre Arts Management major and offa whim I applied to Ithaca since not only did it have great reviews (Jen Schramm), it was one of the only schools that offered
it as a major. So I applied and did my interview and was passionately waiting to hear back and before I could ask Ithaca Alum Jen for a letter of recommendation I was accepted and I found it hard pressed to turn back. I can’t express how eternally greatful I am to Jonathan and everything he’s done for me as a person and performer. As long as he is helping crazy kids like me realize the true passions in front of them we will never run out of talented driven kids in fields they deserve to be in. I will never forget our long gossip session, I mean voice lessons.
