The behavior change project was a success in that I increased my muscle mass and I learned to document my diet and exercise in the Lose It app. To be even more successful I could have exercised more to increase my gains. However, with an already busy schedule and many other things I decided that my plan was adequate. My strategies included exercising on a regular basis and eating healthy foods that help with muscle growth. I would run 1 mile every other day at around an eight minute pace.
