You might not consider that I have feelings or a heart. You might think I’m not human. That’s not true...I’m one of a kind, different and special in every way.
I’m the exception of the stereotype of my ethnicity. I live with my Mom and Dad in our home in Lakeland Hills. My Dad provides for my family and my Mom is a stay at home Mom. I go to school everyday so that I can get a good education and eventually go to college so I can be financially successful. I play clarinet in the Auburn Riverside symphonic band and marching band. I don’t play basketball, but I’m going to play lacrosse in the Spring. I study and get good grades, and I’ve been on honor roll since fourth grade. I don’t wear African clothing or speak their language. My ancestors came to this country over 300 hundred years ago, so culturally I’m American. My religious beliefs are Christian and the only language I speak is English. We don’t eat any cultural foods and we don’t have any relatives from Africa.
