Personal Narrative: My Summer Program

My phone rings and across my screen is a number that I don’t notice and a big smile rises upon my face.
All summer I was trying to find a job for my senior year to have money for prom and graduation and my sister put me in this summer program where I was volunteering at and I wanted to make real money, so she told me if I get a real job I will able to stop going to the summer program. So after that talk with my sister I told myself I was going to try my best to get a job , so one day my best friend told me to apply to her job at mcdonalds and I did and was calling all the time to talk to the general manager so I could an interview. Then one of the hiring managers told me to come in but when I came in, the crew members told me she didn’t work
