My meeting is going to facilitate ideas that come with equipment for creating change. Creating change is something both my assistant managers’ view as a necessity. This assumption can be made because growth has been stagnate and there is heavy pressure on them to continue growth. In addition, change is usually not easy to do or talk about it. My workplace is very traditional and struggles to use working memory. I need to exemplify to my managers that at this meeting, “innovation will turn negative events into challenges to chase as teams” (pg. 104).
