I stood in awe at my high school's sign. The sign used to say Riverdale High School but thanks to me Riverdale was replaced with the words rotten hell. The red and blue lights almost blinded me as Officer Valdez parked behind me. I was too familiar with the old man. I'm still amazed on how he's looked the same since …show more content…

"Mommy look! It's a homeless person."
My eyes slowly opened to the little kid in front of me. His nose had a village of boogers and his hair was messy. Not to mention he smelled like absolute shit. To scare him off, I hissed at him. He ran away to his mother screaming vampire. Parents don't watch their kids these days.

It's like it was almost painful for her to be nice to me. Why can't she be upfront with me?
"Haley Darby... wish I could say the same." I rolled my eyes at the redhead. Haley looked taken back about my response but quickly covered it with a smirk. She crossed her arms and gave me a cold glare. I held in my laugh because she looked like a constipated bunny.
"I honestly thought you were mature enough. We're adults now," Haley started to rant but I held my hand up in front of her face. Then I slowly flicked my wrist and gave her the finger. I kept my finger up and slowly backed out of the aisle. Her mouth wide open from my rude gesture. I then continued my shopping
