Personal Narrative: Shift Leader

I started out as a Cashier was promoted to a Shift Leader. I was the manager on duty and in charge of all working night shift employees. I had control over all monies, safe and cash registers. Customer satisfaction problems and questions were directed to me. I controlled catering orders as well as expediting and delivering food orders to guest’s tables. I had daily checklists, waste reports, bank deposits, inventory, order purchasing and
cleaning.
