Then I listed for the Mountaineer.
This was a larger vehicle with a third row for separating the kids. It seats seven comfortably. Leather seats with a sliding sunroof and heated seats, it checked all the right boxes. That great feeling turned to anxiety when I started listing the cons. Terrible on gas, huge tires that could get expensive to replace. A bigger vehicle means more to clean up after the kids. The cost of insurance was higher than the Equinox. And it’s a Ford! I haven’t had much luck with Fords in the past. The end result of the conflict was me purchasing the Mountaineer. I absolutely love it. I know it was the right choice because I could never see myself in a smaller vehicle now. Since purchasing my older daughter went to live with her dad and I am living with my two little ones which means it is just three of us with lots of room for packing things to go to the beach and enjoy the
summer.
