Once we had everything in the U-haul we got on the interstate and off to Richmond Hill we went. It took us an hour but we made it. When we arrived, we couldn’t find the house. We passed house after house, neighborhood after neighborhood, and street after street. Finally, we found it. When we arrived at our house we started unloading everything. Once we had everything out we started unpacking.I was unpacking my belongings when my parents started to bring
in my bed, so I had to stop what I was doing and put it together. Once all that was done, I continued to unpack.
As I was continuing to put away my stuff, my mother walked in and said “You’re not going trick or’ treating until you get everything unpacked”. I replied with “I’m going no matter what you say”.”We’ll just see about that”, she exclaimed.
I continued unpacking for the next hour. Finally, I was done with EVERYTHING.” See that wasn’t so hard was it.”said that my mother.” No not at all” I replied. After that, we all put on our costumes and off we went. I got to go trick or’ treating after all and it was a blast. I guess all that arguing was for nothing. The life lesson was that you get rewarded when you do good things.
