Personal Statement: SMART Goals
SMART goal is to obtain a promotion at my current employer once I graduate with my Master’s Degree on February 6, 2016 as a Human Resource Manager by December 2016. Communicate with leadership about my interest in upcoming advancement positions after I obtain my MBA on February 6, 2016.
Several key Human Resource Managers will be retiring by December 2016 and I will pursue opportunities for advancement.
The action plan for my SMART goal are as follows:
Ongoing basis, view the employment posting for positions that will be a promotion within the hospital.
Set up appointments to meet with the Chief Officer of Human Resources and System Director of Human Resources to express my interest in advancing to a management positon within the hospital.
