Personality Psychology and St. Nicolas
Peer Assessment This is the peer assessment report of our group. As the group consists of 7 members, this peer assessment report will describe the members character exhibited, role of each individual, task distributed, and teamwork. The first to describe about will be our group leader Steven Soon Soo On. Steven is a charismatic person with good qualities as a leader. During the whole community service project, he has displayed what we called true leadership by appropriate organization of the task. During the time at St. Nicolas, he has displayed his love and caring for disabled people, sometimes inspiring. He is the one that suggested and organized the trip to St. Nicolas, he also made arrangements for Interviews with the Old Folks, Done Interviews with Old Folks together with Maxell and Syamil, he even helped arranged the PowerPoint Slides. He fits in well to any team, he’ll be a great help to those in need in the future. Muhammad Syamil bin Rizaudin, also known as Sham has made most of the folio and slides arrangement. When it comes to getting work done, Syamil is the right person you need. He is definitely the hardest worker in the group, folio was done on the day after we came back from St. Nicolas. This proves Syamil doesn't procrastinate, which is a rare sight these days. He is a reliable person and a perfect role model for future generations. During our trip at St. Nicolas, he is the interviewer together with 2 other members. He had also showed great caring towards disabled people and old folks. With this attitude, he’ll be able to go far in the future without a problem. Other than Steven and Sham, the 3rd interviewer was Maxell Lance Clement. Maxell is a very straight forward person. He is actually the last person the join the group, but with his easygoing personality he fit into the group in no time. He is very hardworking as well. He always brings laughter and
