Gymnastics allows students to accomplish things that the student never thought that they could accomplish. It also allows them to gain determination for a sport that challenges themselves every time they come back for practice. For instance, the students will be able to set goals and try to accomplish those new goals. However, balance, it is one of the main things you will learn to master it. It teaches students to learn and how to use coordination, as well. Many other qualities of being in gymnastics are agility, posture, strength, physical fitness, and flexibility. Stamina, rhythm, and relaxing are some other parts that help the students participating in gymnastics and outside of the statistics shows that when you participate in gymnastics, you would have a better chance at accomplishing dreams and fears. It also shows that they will have an easier time making
friends.
The students will be learning how to communicate with others as well. The students be increasing their physical strength by doing handsprings, handstands, forward rolls, aerials, tucks, and more. Just like Shannon Miller said, "Everyone gets scared, and everyone falls. The key is to get right back up and try again." If no one will try to put this in physical education, they are not giving the students a chance to do things students want to accomplish. The main reason students will not try to participate in challenging activities, is because they will not have anyone to support or in courage them. Even though, gymnastics is not similar to football, basketball, soccer, or even track, buy everyone should have the opportunity to do new and inspiring things.
They should put gymnastics in physical education. It would be a great experience for all ages and genders. Every teacher wants to challenge ourselves and wants the students to always do their best.
