School is an important factor in our life. Everyone is required to start off in school and to attend to a high school, but college is optional. Most people spend over 15 years in school, preparing for their future. High school makes sure one is ready for college, while college helps prepare for the career one would want to pursue. This helps people with their fitness by not engaging in risky activities or behaviors because it could interfere with the sport one plays.
