The right path Charter Schools are not enrolling kids with disabilities and those who are in poverty. This selective enrollment will lead to charter schools avoiding kids who need extra help for a variety of reasons. Manly they do not have the facilities to support these children yet they persist that they enrollee everyone. While on the other side public schools enroll everyone including those who academic skills need some extra help improving. Charter schools are schools that are private own and rely on donations from politicians and the public to help run their schools.
