So teens would not be able to get it legally but that would not stop them at all. It will reduce the number of teens who smoke marijuana, since it’s legally required that you be 21 years old. Another reason, why it should be legal is that marijuana dealers usually don't care about how old teens are as long as they get paid for selling it to that teen. A way to fulfil this law is to provide for what happens if someone does sell Marijuana to a minor. It could be like the alcohol law. A a jail sentence of up to a year, a much lighter sentence, or no jail at all. The circumstances of the case, and state law will decide what sentences are proper. Some people say that legalizing Marijuana would lead to more teens using Marijuana, but this is not
