Some persons think marijuana should be legalized, and other don’t. Marijuana is the most illegal drug used around the world. Most people use it for amusing, and other as psychoactive. It also used for patients that have cancer, nausea, poor appetite, and other diseases. In the United States, people believe it would improve their economy, but also it will bring dangerous stuff to the country. If marijuana is legalized in the future, I think it will rise up the percent of automobile accidents. In the year 2000 in the U.S., there were estimated 6,316,000 car accidents by the use of alcohol. At the time 3.2 million were injured, and 41,821 people died. Marijuana is a stronger drug than alcohol. Imagine how many more mishaps due to car accidents will occur if marijuana is legalized. Transportations tragedies are going to increase really quickly in this country. I remember that in my high school, some prisoners came in to speak about why they went to jail, and give us some advice. One of those prisoners told us that he went to jail because he was using marijuana. He told us he was hanging out with his best friend, and then they went to his house. They started to listen to music and smoking marijuana. His friend had a gun and he got it from his room. This guy loads the weapon, and shoots his best friend on the head. He told us he didn’t realize what he was doing while he was on the effect of marijuana. Marijuana makes some people act really violently even though they aren’t like that. Teenagers can get marijuana more easily in school. We know few students sell it or give it for free just for fun although is illegal. If marijuana is legalized they will sell more and more students will start to use it. Teenagers will not be able to be focus in what they are doing at school. There is going to be more failures,
