Before the interview, I had to decide whether or not to include the low level job designation in my ranking list by midnight. The way the system works is that applicants submit a preference list for different job designations and this preference rank applicants, then the system makes a binding decision.
I don’t want a low level job. I went back and forth, and then submitted my preference list at the bottom thinking “better something than nothing.”

I briefly explained my technical skills including my professional degree and the projects that I had done during my student life. Then I explained to her about the research projects that I had already done. My professional technical skills impressed her. After that she put some questions about my knowledge about the pharmacy. She asked “What you know about lansoprazole?” I explained to her that this is drug that is used for treatment of ulcer and something about the specific properties of this drug. This made her realize that I have a good knowledge about this field. At the end, She asked me if I have any question for her? I said, “How CVS-Health pharmacy give respect to the employees?” She replied that the CVS-Health pharmacy give bonus to the employees if they perform well. Moreover the service structure of the firm. Then I asked about the future plans of the firm. She said that they are looking forward to increase their production and also to produce some new drugs. Then the interview finished.
