Philip Smith Case Studies
Phillip Smith has been married for 27 years and has two daughters. He graduated from New Brockton High school with aspirations of being either a teacher of business manager. On the advice of his parents, school counselor, and principal he pursued a career in business management.
Mr. Smith had a very successful, yet stressful, fifteen year career as a restaurant manager. Even though it was a successful career, something seemed to always be “missing”. He noticed a decline in quality applicants for his field. There was no shortage of applicants, but they seemed to be unmotivated and ill-prepared for the positions they were hired to fill.
