Schools do not have the right to go through your things because it violates their rights. For example, a photo taken outside of school of a student should not affect the student in school, “people could have pictures in there, like of their girlfriends, that they don’t want someone else too see, and it would be an invasion of privacy not only for them, but for the other person also.” Photos take on someone’s phone is for their eyes only.
In addition, students should be able to say “no” too school faculty
when they ask for our devices. “I believe schools have the right to monitor students’ online activities.” They should be able to keep their privacy and belongings to their self.
Furthermore, officers should not be able to dig through someone’s phone if they arrest him or her. “If they arrest someone carrying a cell phone, officers can dig through the phone’s content, including text messages, voice mails, e-mails, calendars, and photos.” People's phone is theirs too look at and no one else.
In conclusion, peoples devices and things should be private.

Officials should not be able to search through your things. I feel like cops can look through your phone. So just stop searching phones. The cops should not be looking through phones.
