By taking this class it has really taught me a lot about fitness and has helped me change my physical ways. Since I started this class I have tried my hardest to work out at least four times a week. I walk four miles and do 100 abs three times a week for sure. On Saturday and Sunday I try to go to the gym and do weights. Over the past couple of weeks I can tell that my cardiovascular endurance has gotten a lot better. The first few weeks I would get really tired and out of breath after about 30 minutes but now I can walk an hour and be fine. My muscular strength has gotten better too. I am able to lift heavier weights at the gym. I also have been
