Those two classes were Biology I and Chemistry I that I had taken early in my academic career and I have proven my academic ability in every class since then. I also completed Biology II and its corresponding lab to finish out all of my prerequisites required. My application is complete with a Bachelor’s Degree and all required coursework taken. Time management became very useful for me now more than ever as I was starting Chemistry after work at 2:00 PM and finishing the next Biology class in the evening around 6:30 PM. Being able to manage time is a great skill of mine that I have developed over the last year that will allow me to manage the demands of physical therapy school.
The last year has helped me appreciate my desires to become a physical therapist as I have dedicated the last year toward improving my application. As I think of the selfless and caring professionals I have taken the time to learn from, I am reminded on why I decided to pursue physical therapy. I hope to have the opportunity in the future to make a difference in others lives by empowering them toward strength and wellness.
