In case you’re unaware of what a NZB is or what it does I will do my best to explain. A NZB file is like a map, if you look at a map and see the X’s that’s where treasure is right? Well A NZB file is the map with the X’s and I say X in a plural form because it has to go to hundreds if not then thousands of computers to get all the files. You can’t simply use a NZB file as soon as you’ve downloaded it, your Operating System won’t know what to do with it, so you need to download a program for it. A couple of examples would be superNZB, GetNZB, and SABNZBD.
NZB’s were intentionally used for transferring open source software but soon joined the piracy club with the exchanging of movies, music, games, and plenty of other files. Nzb Indexer staffs don’t know what these sites have. So they are not violating the terms of agreement.
Organizations are trying to sue these NZB indexers because they believe that they are the ones distributing the software when it is the users uploading the content and sharing it.
