Placement Hours Action Plan

Subject: Fall 2015 740 Placement Hours Action Plan
To complete my clinical placement hours for Fall 2015, I will resume my practicum work on January 4th, 2016. I have a total of 23 hours remaining for the current semester. I will work three 8-hour shifts (January 4th, 5th, & 6th) to conclude the remaining hours. Once finished, I will submit my final timesheet (via email) with my supervisor’s approval for course grading. Thank you, Siedah McNeil
