4. Finish training and children pool -------December 9th 2014
5. Final inspection-----January 1st 2015
1.3 Technical requirements
1. A public swimming pool must be completely enclosed by a fence at least 4 feet in height (Anon, 2011).
2. In- ground pools must be designed and constructed in conformance with reference standard ANSI/NSPI-5, entitled Standard for Residential in-ground Swimming Pools (Anon, 2011).
3. The Property Maintenance Code of New York State provides that swimming pools must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair (Anon, 2011).
4. The public swimming pool must install a pool alarm which can be capable of detecting entry into the water at any point on the surface of the swimming pool (Anon, 2011).
1.4 Limits and Exclusions
1. Pool heaters are not included among pool facilities
2. Site work limited to Monday through Saturday, 8: 00 A.M to 6: 00 P.M
2.0 Project priorities
The project priority matrix provides a forum for project managers and their customers and top management to determine how to manage the trade-offs among time, cost, and performance of the current project (Larson & Gray, 2014). By analyzing the project priority, project managers can clearly identify which criterion is constrained, which should be enhanced, and which can be accepted. Larson and Gray (2014) suggested that “It is a useful midway in the project for approaching a problem that must be solved.”
