Mission/ Purpose What is your project going to accomplish? How does this project relate to overall goals and objectives of the company? It is part of a program or larger project? Currently the City of Dallas has embarked on an endeavor to upgrade the city’s parks and recreation centers. Our goal is improve the overall safety and to design unique park or recreation center that reflect the culture of the residents who live in the area. Our Project Managers will assist you with planning, organizing, coordinating, leading, and controlling resources to deliver a state of the art playground that will meet federal, state, and local safety requirements. We will guide and suggest option to work within the budget constraints of your organization. The final design of the playground will be completed in phases throughout the years with the intent of saving upfront cost.
Objectives
What objectives, if any, of the company is this project designed to meet?
To develop a plan that, as a template will allow our company within the City of Dallas to construct a playground that will fit all stakeholder’s needs.
To create a feasible playground construction plan taking into consideration any legal issues, stakeholder’s concerns and budgeting.
In order to ensure that we are meeting the objectives of the project, we will consult with experienced staff who have implemented such projects in the past.
