2. Do you believe that your Personal or Economic issues had a greater influence on your final result? Why?
My personal and economic issues had a great deal of influence on my final result. My perspective on many different issues, just as many others, is shaped by how I’ve grown up and the way my parents taught me to see the world. I have two moms, so it is safe to say I would be much more open minded to the issue of Equal Rights. 3. After reading the description of the political group you most identified with, provide some feedback on your results? Do you agree or disagree and why?
I’m not surprised with my results, mostly because I read into what being liberal meant on the first page in the lesson. I agree with taking individual responsibility as well as promoting charities. In my opinion, this political stance encompasses a wide range of ideas.
4. Read through the other political philosophies at the bottom of the page. Pick the one that you disagree with the most and explain why.
The biggest disagreement I have is with the Neoconservatives. This is because it is just so right wing. I strongly stand by the notion that women should have control over their own bodies, and that the internet should not be censored. Faith should be kept out of public schools, not because I hate religion or anything, but just for the sake that school is education in history, and math and English. If you want to pray, please go to church other religions and faiths should not be offended or feel left out due to someone else’s beliefs. I also strongly disagree with the death penalty. In the worst case scenario, yes, someone should be put to death. But in my mind, it would serve some pedophile or
