Racism in our country has become a more commonplace discussion the past decade. In my short lifetime, the country has seen several terror attacks and even protests for racial equality such as “#BLACKLIVESMATTER”. I am sure that racism and these movements would be much smaller without america’s impact. America impacts other countries by portraying people incorrectly in movie and the spread of comments on social media. Overall, this makes America have a weak image and makes us as a country look rude, uneducated, and selfish. To other countries, racism is just something sad that nobody wants to deal with. It has been pointed out that,”Americanization in the Muslim world is pushing some Arabs to embrace more extremist beliefs” or “Arabs were depicted as exotic,wildly sexual beings.” (Source D) As Americans get more and more racist, less and less people move and come to our country.
