Subject: Duplication of Order Inquiry
To Whom It May Concern:
I am inquiring about the recent charges on my boss’s credit cards from the software order that was placed last week. I personally ordered two software programs; Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop totaling $1,213 dollars. The shipment was recently received and it was brought to my attention that not one; however, two orders were shipped. Upon receiving this notification I promptly checked the bank statement on the business card to find that our company was charged twice. I acquired through your customer service line where the representative explained to me that the companies website was having problems and a duplicate order was placed and charged.
This inconvenience is unwarranted and I want this to be fixed by close of business tomorrow. What I need done from Purely Software is this: * A full refund of the duplication order. * A prepaid mailing unit to return the duplicated items. * business credit of $500.00 for inconvenience.

I wanted to let you know how much Surin will be missed by everyone here at IBM and anyone that knew him. He was an amazing man, father, husband, friend, and much more to the people whom he touched. His ever-giving wisdom touched many minds and hearts leaving a void in the souls of all who knew him.
I remember the first time I met Surin. It feels like it was just yesterday he was sitting in front of me at the banquet table smiling from ear to ear telling stories
