Employee perceptions of POS are shaped by constructive experiences supply to the individual, promotions, job condition favorableness and other factors indicating to the person that the organization cares about their well being. Once individuals enter into a company or institution, they regularly develop POS derived from several organizational practices and their own experiences. POS is an antecedent of procedural justice since by the time the individuals reach their first performance appraisal, judgment of organizational support have been formed. POS is likely to have an impact on system procedural justice awareness. When person have a positive exchange with the organization, they may expect the organizational procedures to be fair. POS before the appraisal will be positively related to system procedural justice perceptions during the appraisal.

POS would be a consequence of procedural justice because it mediated the relationship between procedural justice and outcomes. Research states that procedural justice agreed to be recognized to the efforts of the organization. However, when procedural justice of organization and rater are different, system procedural justice is likely to be related to post-appraisal POS, and thereby organizational
