Preface
This book has evolved from a collection of my thoughts, observations and evaluations, which I have jotted down over the last seven years. These are based on lessons I have drawn from my own experiences, and an analysis of people who have achieved success in various fields. I never dreamt that I would one day write a book on management thoughts! Frankly speaking, I have no formal training in management, and I am no expert on management theories. I had to write, in order to communicate my thoughts to our managers and staff, who are geographically dispersed in various places.- - ;:}-- .. _-.
Many people believe that the 'V' in our brand name stands for 'We'. At the functional level, it is the concept of 'We', which is the driving force behind 'V-Guard'. Teamwork is the secret of our success. Through this book, 'We' have once again proved our strength. A list of the names of all those who helped to put together this book, would run into several pages.
I express my heartfelt thanks to all of them for their sincere efforts. A special word of thanks to all those who consented to write their opinions about the book, and also wrote the Foreword. Once ag6in, I thank everyone involved, especially those who encouraged and motivated me to keep writing my thoughts, and many others who were in some way, involved in publishing this book.

Why do they fail to achieve success? To be successful, hard work should blend harmoniously with new ideas, to form a potent combination.
Unless we generate new ideas, we cannot survive in this fast-changing, competitive world. This process will enable us not only to reduce our workload, but also provide us with the essential mehtal happiness. Ideas hover

This laboratory is based on a series of famous experiments that were conducted in the 1960’s along the rocky shore of Washington state, in the northwestern United States…The nine species in this laboratory’s simulated rocky intertidal area include three different algae (including one you may have eaten in a Japanese restaurant); three stationary (or “sessile”) filter-feeders; and three mobile consumers (Keystone Predator Student Workbook). In this simulation there are nine different species. The Nori Seaweed, Black Pine, Coral Weed, Mussels, Acorn Barnacles, Gooseneck Barnacles, Whelk, Chiton, and Starfish. The Nori seaweed, Black Pine, and Coral Weed are all algae, which means they live in damp environments and are plant like and have chlorophyll. Having chlorophyll they make their own food through photosynthesis, the fact they can make their own food makes them autotrophs or producers, and are the lowest on the trophic level. The Acorn barnacles, mussels, and gooseneck barnacles are the filter feeders of this environment they do not move. They are the herbivores of this environment and the primary consumers on the trophic level. The whelk, chiton, and starfish are the only mobile species in this environment. Also they are the only carnivores in the environment and are secondary consumers on the trophic level.…

“When the 1828 election rolled around, a lot of people were terrified when they heard Andrew "Old Hickory" Jackson was running. If you're wondering how a guy we're calling a bad ass got such a lame nickname, it's because he used to carry a hickory cane around and beat people senseless with it, and if you're wondering why he did that, it's because he was a f#$%*in g lunatic.” (Daniel O’Brien February 15, 2008) This quote from cracked.com illustrates the depth of the ruthlessness within Andrew Jackson, and it is this callousness that made him a tyrant of a President. His decisions were calculated.…

A soldier is considered as the 'man of the moment'. It is because, the military organizations treat timeliness with extreme importance. It orients all courses of their activities and their success depends on the quality of that orientation. Therefore constant researches go on in every military organization to raise the understanding of timeliness among its members, many schemes are being formulated to improve the scope of doing more in little time, or doing something exactly on time, add to that the relentless practice of forming the habit of being on time. No wonder then, why the military personnel is regarded as the epitome of timeliness. The magnitude of the importance of timeliness in military may be felt by the civilians occasionally through the examples like when militaries act within a fraction of time to save the lives of the millions or when they save the civilization from any other disaster by a whisker. But then, those ideas are too little to delve in the realm of painstaking process through which the militaries attain a high state of alacrity and coordination of the body and mind. Those qualities are built through the extensive curriculum based on timeliness. That is why, Military organizations regard timeliness as the main key to their functioning, the prime governing element in their every level of existence. This total, wholehearted submission to timeliness is unique and beyond the perception of the civilians. This essay explores into that inside story which explains why timeliness is everything in military organizations.…

In the article written by Bill Maxwell, he talks about the black to black violence in poor neighborhoods. He explains on more depth how many deaths have been placed in the last years. People do not contribute to the arrest of the murders, sometimes they are afraid to speak against gang members or other criminal members. Mr. Maxwell gave some facts about the deaths of blacks and he keeps adding people to his Wall of Black Death. A group in Tampa already organized a group called “don’t snitch”, all the people involved in the program relate to the death of a black relative that died. He gave great example and anecdotes about the crimes from black to black citizens and how the community needed to respond to the continued growing violence towards blacks.…

PART ONE: What are your top two spiritual gifts? Do you agree with the results? Why or Why not? My top two spiritual gifts are; Evangelist, Pastor/Shepherd. I agree with the results because I have grown up in church I was a nine month before birth in the church kind of child. There have been many people I look up to. One person I really look up to is my youth pastor. From my tenth grade year I had this youth pastor. In my eleventh grade year he had this conversation to me about a certain situation. Because of this conversation it has brought me to be so much closer in my walk with Christ that i was before. I also want to be able to impact peoples lives just as my youth pastor did. As I continue on this Christian journey, I pray that God will lead me where I can be used by God to help people daily. There is, no better gifts than the gifts from God. I truly love telling people about Him.…
