Therefore, in order to be more socially responsible, the company is suggesting giving perk in the form of flexible working hours so that the company can be known for its anti-ethnocentrism. The other reason could be that mostly workers from these regions need improvement. The best non-financial way to improve productivity could be providing flexible work hours.

The reason that Central Virginia, Columbus and Minneapolis have experienced higher than average turnover rates could be the fact that majority of the employees of these cities are working well and have been ranked either “met goal” or “exceed goal” while the rank and the salary they are having are not meeting their expectations. This could be a reason that such a good talent is hired somewhere else at higher position with handsome amount of salary.
