There are full service agencies, creative agencies, specialized agencies, digital agencies, social media agencies and so on. Internationally, the largest advertising conglomerates are WPP, Omnicom, Publicis and Interpublic. They have another name-“big four”. Ad agencies can be all sizes and include everything from one or two person studios to big fours we just mentioned. The main departments in Ad field are account services, creative, production and media buying.
